Training Opportunity with Finish Strong Run Groups
If you are looking for a little extra motivation or structure as you prepare for race day, race sponsor Finish Strong Physical Therapy + Performance is offering two spring training opportunities:
- Spring 5K Run Group – A coached program for runners who want structured training, accountability, and guidance to improve endurance, pace, and race-day performance.
- Beginner 5K Run Group – A supportive program using a walk/run format, coaching, and education to help new runners build confidence and complete a 5K.
Both groups kick off this week and will include Race 2 the Point as a midway race to practice pacing and experience race day before their goal event later this spring.
